Pants with a waistband that looks like an obi
The waistband of these pants is made to look like an obi belt. The loose silhouette allows for easy movement and good air circulation. If you are concerned about matching the pattern of the left and right legs, choose a fabric with an all-over pattern or a solid color.

1、Sew the sides of the front and the back pants. Apply a zigzag or lockstitch machine to the seam allowance and lay it down in the back.

2、Sew the inseam. Run a zigzag sewing machine over the seam allowance and lay it down in the back.

Fold the hem in three and sew. -

Turn the left and right pants inside out and sew down the center (crotch). Run a zigzag or lockstitch machine over the seam allowance and turn to one side. -
5、Sew the center of the front and back of the waistband fabric. Apply a zigzag or lockstitch machine to the seam allowance and lay it down to oneside.

6、Sew the pants and waistband together. Run a zigzag or lockstitch machine to the seam allowance, and lay it down on the waistband side.

Fold the waistband in half and sew (leaving the top and bottom edges open for the elastic band). Thread the elastic band through and sew the elastic openings closed.
