"The Kyoshi cake in May is a banana. / Maki Hashimoto"
I entered in May.
This month's "Fruit Pattern" isBanana
A towel series of fruits
From when we decide to do
I wanted to do banana by all means
As written in wording, Wakisaka Mr. whole body is a work!
Even the Kyoshi candy will naturally contain power.
Banana has a very strong aroma and taste, so how to drop it into Japanese sweets ...
Write up ideas for the time being and fax it to Mr. Kameya.
I decided to consult with this on a phone call and with this and prepare several prototypes.
This time I made 6 types of samples. This is quite a lot. . .
It seems that Kameya san tried and errored about it.
Sample Check time of, but taste is, of course, Toka whether the relationship between the appearance and taste, Toka or expire and sputtering in black, one of the two Toka or eat Which earlier, Multicolored and the confirmation and review.
One shot was okay, but the taste was hard to determine and I had some samples given five or six times.
That's why the Kyoshi cuisine in May is like this ...
I feel sorry for blurring. . .
Please enjoy it at Aoyama shop tea ceremony.

I look forward to the Kyo-Shunka sweets from the Aoyama store every month. I was especially excited to try the kiwi fruit in March, a Tropical fruit that is not often used in Japanese sweets. I took a bite and was impressed by how juicy and fresh it was, yet still had a distinctly Japanese sweet taste, so I returned to the store and had it twice more. This month's sweet is banana. I love bananas too, so I can't wait to see how they are transformed into Japanese sweets again! Thank you as always!!
Mr. Mikidon
thank you for your comment.
"But it certainly is a Japanese-style confectionery taste", so I am very glad that you could say so to Mikito-sama.
I hope the banana of your favorite, I will match your mouth. . .
I would be pleased if you could tell us your impressions etc. at the Aoyama shop tea ceremony.
I read the story of today very interestingly!
Because I did not know that Mr. Hashimoto made instructions from 1,
I thought it was very interesting and difficult task.
I got tea and sweets by Michio Michi at the Aoyama store only once.
I remember that time was so Quiet, elegant and luxurious.
I am planning to visit the Aoyama shop this month, I think I will have another cup of tea and sweets.
I am really looking forward to it! !
Having an acorn
thank you for your comment!
While confronting each month's subjects, it is a series of steps to discuss with Kameya by posting a draft proposal.
Sometimes it will be in the form of my plan, sometimes it is changed to what we suggested from Mr. Kameya.
This is an exchange that has been Layering ever since I started making "Textile designs turned into Japanese sweets" every month.
We would like you to have Kan star food of banana!
In the Aoyama shop's tea ceremony, I hope you can relax.
