"Autumn of work / Yuki Terada"
Since joining SOU · SOU, opportunities to receive matcha and sweets more than before increased.
It is a toothpick which was made by shaving trees called black chrome, its name as "Black chrome" as an essential tool when getting Japanese sweets.
While accepting a lecture to the carpenter's father, I decided to try making my own using the raw Chrome tree.
Cut out a thick and good part from this prepared delicate chromogenic branch and divide it by the thickness of black letters.
With scales that became thin to some extent, carefully scrape the surface and sides with a chisel and a scalpel.
Kuromoji seems to be said to be "Japanese aroma", and when it shaved, an elegant and refreshing scent expanded, unintentionally stopping his hand and breathing deeply.
Cutting while taking a little father 's hands ... 15 minutes ... It was completed in shape.
To try using the completed black letters at once.
A firm texture and a nice scent unique to the raw tree!
When you make things you normally use casually, your attachment will rise and it will be more fun time.
Seasonal sweets and delicious green tea, a luxurious and happy moment.

After all it seems to be autumn this year as well.

I make it by myself, it is wonderful.
I took a deep breath while reading.
The smell of black letters ... I do not know
I felt faint with my imagination.
Dear snow,
Thank you for the nice comments.
It was also a fun time to make black letters while trial and error.
Kuromoji has a Slightly, elegant fragrance that doesn't overwhelm the flavor of the sweets!
When I got a Japanese confection, I did not mind, but I was impressed that it was such a thing.
Japanese culture is really nice. The clothes of SOUSOU are also nice.
Mr. Goto Mr.
Thank you for your very honorable comments.
When I was Melody Kuromoji, I learned that Kuromoji also has a bactericidal effect, and I was impressed by the wisdom of our predecessors.
We will continue to make efforts to create a new Japanese culture.
