SOU・SOU Diary /Staff's Diaries
"Working at SOU・SOU! / Terada Yu"

SOU・SOU is currently recruiting acclaimed staff.
SOU・SOU as a brand
SOU・SOU as a company
This time, I would like to seriously talk about what it's like to work at SOU・SOU!
[Creative]
At SOU・SOU creativity is all about making our customers happy!
We believe that creativity comes from thinking about, and even more than that, how we can make our customers happy, and putting that into practice.
And if you can do a job you love, you'll be happy, right? But that's not always the case.
Doing what you can and what is expected of you is for the sake of society and people, and being aware of this is also creative, I think.
Whatever it is, try it first!

[Harmony]
The store staff work in different groups at each store every day.
But we are all on the same floor! That's the mindset we have.
Teamwork is our strength.
And since everyone says, "We love SOU・SOU!" I think there's a natural harmony between the two.

[Be tough in mind and body]
There are many "tough people" among the staff at SOU・SOU.
There are no age restrictions or mandatory retirement ages, but your daily work will require a lot of physical strength, so it's essential that you have strong legs and are healthy!
On her days off, she enjoys her favorite idols, goes on whirlwind trips, and more...her fulfilling private life is proof that she is in good health!

By the way, I'm basically a very indoor person, so the veranda is my friend on my days off.
【learning】
The word "risking" has become a hot topic, but I want any learning to be fun.
At SOU・SOU, the staff take tea ceremony lessons, and this may also be a lifelong risk.
It's great to come into contact with real culture and develop your sensibilities, but there are also more casual ways to learn, like trying on Kimono by watching YouTube, or learning a language by watching foreign TV dramas so you can speak to customers from overseas.

Before I joined the company, I couldn't even wear Yukata, but after getting advice from the staff and watching videos on YouTube, I came to love Yukata and Kimono.
[Greetings]
This may be the most important thing.
If you can greet people in a more pleasant way than at work, that's 100 points.
It's nice to give and receive a pleasant greeting.
"Good morning!" "Thank you!" "Good job!"
Any greeting can be like a bank of impressions you make on the other person.
All communication Beginning with a greeting.

Since it's a job, there are many different things that happen every day.
It's not that we're special, but that's true of any job.
I used to cry all the time too, but one day
"Your tears mean you tried your hardest."
I remember being told this by our CEO, Wakabayashi, and it made me cry even more (laughs).
At SOU・SOU, there are jobs that you will become passionate about and work hard at before you know it.
Would you like to work with us on something that makes people happy?

"Your tears mean you tried your hardest."
I remember being told this by our CEO, Wakabayashi, and it made me cry even more (laughs).
Isn't it wonderful!
I want to work there!!! I want to work for a company like that!!!
The president said that age doesn't matter, so I thought I'd go for a quick interview.
Every time I look at the outline, I think, I want to work with you all!!! I'll visit when all the conditions are met.
Yeah! Mr
Thank you for always commenting.
"Quick interview" is quite a powerful phrase.
Please contact us and we look forward to hearing from you!
I bought it at Kyoto's Kikoromo, but the staff there are so good at giving recommendations that I ended up buying more than I had planned. I also stopped by the stores behind the store, and the atmosphere was really nice.
I'm overweight, so I always worry about whether they have clothes that fit me when I go into a boutique, but I'm happy to be able to wear Sousou's clothes. I'll continue to support you!
Dear Ochiu-san
Thank you for your comment.
Your kind words are very encouraging.
We hope you have a pleasant shopping experience and enjoy wearing SOU・SOU items.
