We will deliver by "Yamato Transport (Takkyubin)" in Japan and by "DHL (some EMS)" overseas.
We will ship from Kansai region about 2-3 days after your order date. The delivery date is 5 to 8 days after the order date, and the time zone can be specified from the following.

"Orders placed at 9:00 AM on February 1, 2025" or after
Delivery company will be changed from "DHL express" →"EMS (Express Mail Service)".

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to customers who ordered to Europe.
Please check the followings for more details.

1. Items will be shipped by EMS company.
2. Delivery time: Approximately 1 to 2 weeks (from the date of shipment)
3. If you have paid the customs duty, we will refund it. Please contact us with the receipt attached.

*For orders placed before 9:00 a.m. on February 1stSwitch to EMS for unshipped ordersWe will deliver it to you.
