"Attend lessons / Fumi Naganuma"
The lesson for the day began with Mr. Sho preparing thick tea.
The thick tea that Mr. Sho makes is always delicious, and I look forward to being a customer there.
"It's delicious," says Shop Manager Seno with Smile Faces.
The name of the sweets we received that day was "Flowers In Stream."
This is a refreshing sweet made with cool-tasting Kingyokukan bean paste and bean paste containing yuzu and lemon peel.
The core principle is "Calm mind is the way."
There are apparently various interpretations, but my teacher taught me that it is best to just accept it as it is.
Next time, Shop Manager Seno will be making the thick tea.
