Canola Flower are in full bloom right now. Although I only had food, I went to Ohara to see Hanami.
Canola Flower fields spread out before me in pleasant weather. I could gaze at them forever.
"Spring Breeze" is a Canola Flower Textile design by Wakisaka. The soft spring light shines on the flowers, creating a fuzzy outline that looks just like the picture.
"Spring 2011
After enjoying the spring, I made Tosa-ni for the first time with Canola Flower and bamboo Bamboo Shoot in season. The bitterness of Canola Flower was slightly mellowed, but I also liked the sweet seasoning.
