Rakuchu, the center of Kyoto.
The area where the Sasaki Sake Brewery is located, located near Nijo Castle, was once home to a Luxurious mansion called Jurakudai, built by the regent Hideyoshi.
"Jurakudai," a fine sake from a traditional brewery that has been in business for 120 years and has been passed down through four generations, has been completed with a special label to commemorate the 20th anniversary of SOU・SOU.
Sasaki Sake Brewery in Rakuchu
Kyoto is known for sake.
When it comes to sake in Kyoto, many people think of Fushimi, but until around the Meiji era, most sake breweries were located in Rakuchu (the center of Kyoto).
However, at present, Sasaki Sake Brewery in Rakuchu.
“My eldest brother said, ‘I don’t want to build something that will be consumed and destroyed,’ so he went into architecture. I wrote my graduation thesis on the theme of technology research and sake rice research, and was steadily walking down the path of a sake brewer, but suddenly he said, "I'm going to be an actor," and left. (Omitted) That's why I, who had majored in Chinese Literature at university, reluctantly decided to take over the liquor store. 』

In the other day's "Ichiban Ichidan" and last night's "Yobanashi", the president San said, "I won the gold prize!"♪^^
Until recently, I didn't know that the brother of the president of "Sasaki Sake Brewery" was "Sasaki Kuranosuke"...^^;
I'm a "Sakedo" so I'm satisfied with "alcohol" in the summer with a sip of beer...or rather, it doesn't seem to suit my body to begin with...I'm envious of people who can drink it...^^;
But... I have a special "anniversary" for myself this year, so maybe I'll splurge... (*^^*)

Thank you for your comment.
This fine sake comes with a limited edition SOU・SOU label, making it a very special product for us.
If you have a chance, I would be happy if you could enjoy it with everyone who drinks around you!
President Wakabayashi, who chose sake for the ``SOU・SOU 20th Anniversary'' item, is very happy! (smile)
"Junmai Ginjo" is also "very good!"
The label is cute, so I feel like I can decorate it after drinking, but it's too small for a sake lover like me! At least I wanted you to make a medium bottle (´-`)
The fact that Mr. Kuranosuke Sasaki's parents' house is "Sasaki Sake Brewery" is famous for drinking in Kyoto (^^)
However, I didn't know it was a sake brewery in Rakuchu (><)
I really can't imagine now that sake brewing was flourishing (_ _)
When I went to ``Gift'' to ask for ``Jurakudai,'' I asked Mr. Yoshida, a staff member, ``I want a 1.8-liter bottle.'' I remembered that I was convinced and laughed (^^)

Thank you for your comment.
Mr. kazu-endlix summarized everything I wanted to say in the comments! As expected, a tilted person who knows the difference!
A bottle of 1.8 liters is certainly... a garment that looks better than a gift!
It seems that Sasaki Sake Brewery regularly holds sake brewery tours.
It's nice to taste sake while leaning!
To Celebration winning the gold award, I bought it at "Jurakudai" \(^o^)/ (^-^)
I will taste it.
Yeah! Mr
Thank you for your comment.
Also, we are happy to receive your request soon!
Please have a good time with delicious snacks and delicious sake!
