Up and Down you all doing?
More sensitive to the scent of curry than anyone else
I love curry !! This is Saito from the staff.
It's getting warmer and more cheerful, and it feels great to take a walk outside.
Well, this time I tried to make curry with spring ingredients.

Spring is the season for curry ingredients
I chose asparagus, carrots, potatoes and onions.
For the meat, I used lamb meat (lamb), which goes well with spices, for the first time.
I used a little chili powder and it was harder than usual,
It became a plate where you can taste a lot of vegetables, and it was delicious.
Curry bread found during the walk on a small plate.
Why don't you make curry with spring ingredients?

I only make standard curry, so I'm always looking forward to Saito-san's blog, ideas, ingredients, and more.
Seasonal things, as expected \ (^ o ^) /
I make it with summer vegetables, but I don't have the courage to choose the ingredients and take on the challenge.
Also, I'm looking forward to introducing various curries! !!
Yeah! Mr
thank you for your comment.
I would like to continue to express the seasonal menu with curry! !!
This year I also started training to make curry from spices!
The taste isn't quite right and I make curry almost every week (laughs)
I also want to be able to make delicious curry as soon as possible.
Dear Rie,
thank you for your comment.
I am also training! !! I will do my best to make a delicious dish.
I also love spice curry!
Ever since I saw Kariko Indo's recipe and learned that "I can make it with simpler ingredients than I expected!", I started making it frequently, and finally I bought a commercial-sized powder spice from the mail order of AB Foods. (Laughs)
