“Multicolored Kintsugi / Nao Takamatsu”
Hi, I am Takamatsu from the Aoyama branch.
It has become a spring-like climate with Gradient, and I am spending a leisurely day going to Hanami.
Transition the subject, a little while ago, I received a hat.Yobitsugikan Hat
When I thought that I had somehow seen ..., it was similar to the teacup at the tea table in Aoyama store!
Kintsugi is a traditional Japanese technique in which cracked or chipped ceramics are repaired with lacquer and overcoated with gold or silver. It is said that inheriting is called “Yobitsugi”.
I think it would be wonderful to add the hand again and enjoy the new look without it.
Since I was interested, I went to a workshop where you can feel free to join gold using synthetic lacquer this time!
At first we choose favorite thing from a lot of glass and combine.
I was troubled, but I made this combination.
Then place it on the part where adhesive and synthetic lacquer were joined together, and then sprinkle gold powder using a brush.
Since gold powder is attached only to the part painted synthetic lacquer, how to paint lacquer is the biggest point! I was nervous!
Finally, attach the metal fittings and complete.
It is also beautiful when it is transparent to light.
If you make it yourself, you will get more attachment and I want to use it carefully.
