"Yukitake (Sleeve) for / Yamamoto, Yohei"
This time, I would like to write about Yukitake
Several items also appear on the product page of the net shop, but basically it is an apparel term.
In general I think that I do not get used to it much
I will explain it again.
[Yukitake] = Length from the back center, which hits the base of the neck, through the shoulders to the cuffs
There are several reasons to list the Yukitake
① [Sleeve] There is a product that does not have it
Haori such as Kisaragi Poncho / Squirrel-like Cardigan
This is because the length to the sleeve tip can only be described as a Yukitake
② SOU・SOU are Japanese-style clothing,
Basically the Shoulder is made rather large than the actual body size.
For this reason, the sleeve length is shorter than that of general clothes, and the Yukitake notation makes it easier to understand the dimensions.
Kimono etc. basically use the Yukitake notation.
The image below is the wording Kimono
We would appreciate it if you could refer to future size check.
That's all about [Yukitake
