For example, there is no problem with Handkerchief dyed with sulfur dyes or pigment dyes, which are used in tie-dyeing.

Pigment-based dyes don't soak into the fabric, but rather sit on top of it, making it a little hard, so I don't think they're very suitable for Isemomen Cotton Handkerchief (though there are plenty of Handkerchief printed with pigments on the market).
