It is five days to leave 2016 as well.

In the meantime, I prepared for the New Year 's pick - up for myself.

allLocal toysIt is a toy that has been made all over Japan since ancient times called.
Regional toys, which come with old-fashioned and lovely shapes, are one of my favorite things.
When I Melody again, I was surprised to learn that it is also a traditional craft, and is filled with the beliefs and wishes of the land where it was made!
For example,
◎ kite
What is made of Chiba prefecture and suruga is famous. It is said that wishes such as prayers and misadvents and meaning of oddities are also included in giving up for the New Year.
◎ child's plate
It seems to have a meaning to hope that beautiful and safe growth will be achieved by jumping off the disease-free suffering and evil of a woman's baby by the special product of Kasukabe city, Saitama prefecture.
By the way, a black ball with feathers to use when wings are wearing is called "no disease patient (Mukuroji)". This also includes the meaning of "children are not suffering".
◎ Frame
Writing "kanji" in kanji, many are made in the Kyushu district. It seems to be an lucky which contains the meaning of becoming one serving from the self-sustaining turn and the meaning of money going around.
It is just interesting and interesting thing!
I decided to Melody the meanings of the four items that are part of my local toy collection that I display together.
◎ red bowl(Upper left of the photo)
It is a morning cattle made of Japanese paper by Aizu's folk craft. It seems that there is an effect of amulet, and there seems to be a custom of giving a gift when a child is born.
◎ Tsubasa(Upper right of the photo)
It is made in various places as an amulet. This is depicting Ogitsu no Ogre purchased in Shiga Prefecture.
◎ Kibitsu Monkey(Lower left of the photo)
It is a doll figure sold as an lucky prize at the Kibitsu shrine in Okayama prefecture famous for Momotaro legend.
Invitational cat(Lower right photo)
It is famous for luck with prosperous business, but originally it seems that it was an luck of silkworms to eradicate rats eating crops and silkworms.
………wonderful.
I felt once again that the local toy which is still being transmitted in various forms in various places in Japan is wonderful!
It is as long as you can wait for the lucky and lively New Year!
