SOU・SOU Diary /Staff's Diaries
“SOU・SOU in Taiwan/Maki Hashimoto”
I have been on holiday this summer and went to Taiwan.
I traveled from Taipei to Tainan to Kaohsiung, and saw a lot more SOU・SOU than when I went two years ago.
In Taipei's small coffee shop,Odayaka Kohabaori Shopping Bag SO-SU-U Black, "LOVE Kyoto" supplement bag (Dahlia),Soft Cotton Gamaguchi Clasp Purse(Large)Lines and Dots MiyabiI spotted these three times in a row, passed a woman wearing Handkerchief Square Top made Nandina Bamboo in Alley in Tainan, and saw the same look of Uniqlo T-shirt + Lilaco + flip-flops in every town...
I thought that it was a Japanese person, when I listened to the conversation with my ears as a dumbbo, I certainly heard it in Chinese.
I heard that there are many Taiwanese customers both at stores and netshop, but when I saw it on site, I was also pleased.
This is the hotel where I stayed overnight at Kaohsiung.
It was late at night that I arrived, but what I was used to in the dark ...
The laundry is full of SOU・SOU!
Inside, in the headWoven Bamboo HandkerchiefYour husband rolled around.
When she saw my outfit, she happily said "SOU・SOU!" so I explained to her that I was wearing everything SOU・SOU.
He told us all sorts of stories, such as how his whole family loves SOU・SOU and has been using the store for almost 10 years now, how his wife is a flight attendant for China Airlines and shops at SOU・SOU every time she flies to Japan, and how she buys Handkerchief fabric and takes it to her mother-in-law to have her daughter make clothes for her.
And hand-painted SO-SU-U · · · in the back curtain
The next morning, when I went to the breakfast restaurant run by my husband's older sister's family, as soon as the sisters saw me they said, "SOU・SOU!◯▼※☆&■◎?△%..."
I don't understand Chinese so I'm not sure if this is true, Somehow I have a feeling he said something like, "This is the one you like!"
Because it is awesome, take a commemorative photo with everyone.
Ah! What hangs in the table of the shop ...
SOU・SOU shopper!!
There was a hand towel inside. I am reusing it tightly.
When returning to the inn, my husband made me a cup of coffee
“Special SOU・SOU coffee for you!!”
It was an enthusiastic welcome.
The Taiwanese friends and their Companions that I met this time all said they own some SOU・SOU items and that they regularly Check the website and Facebook page.
It was a very happy trip, where I could feel that the number of SOU・SOU people is increasing in my favorite country.
