We're well past the halfway point of the year, and before we know it, it's already August. We're still in the middle of the scorching heat of summer.
However, once the Gion Festival is over and Obon is over, we will begin to feel the end of summer and begin preparing to welcome autumn.

Before I knew it, I realized that it will soon be four years since I joined the company.
It all went by so quickly, and when I look back at the photos I can see how I gradually became immersed in SOU・SOU and it's very moving.

New Year's visits to Hanami, cherry blossom viewing, the Gion Festival, CEO Wakabayashi's birthday, spring cleaning, etc.
Thankfully, I can spend every day filled with Smile Faces.
The photo folder, combined with Textile is so gorgeous that it brings back vivid memories whenever you look at it.

Another person who has been a great source of support to me is staff member Sako, who was my classmate in Era.
He is now not only a great senior, but also a great friend, just like before, and he is a special person to me.

Also, through SOU・SOU I started to enjoy seasonal changes through the tea ceremony.
I still attend the lessons, learning etiquette and new words, and using this time as a valuable opportunity to reflect on myself.

Next time I look back on my memories, I hope to look like the senior staff members in the photo.
I spend my days imagining myself as a wonderful adult and I find myself reaffirming my determination to continue to work hard.

It's already been four years since your debut! When I visit the store, there's a high chance that I'll meet Honami, and her kind Smile Faces always soothes me. I'm grateful that she always puts up with my conversations without showing any signs of displeasure. I had never heard that she was a classmate and friend of Master Sako. It's reassuring. Of course, I visit the store to shop, but meeting the staff is also one of the things I look forward to. Please take care of yourself and keep up the good work.

It's been a while. I couldn't meet you during the Gion Festival (cry)
It's hard to look inside the shop by myself, and I didn't see any customers from outside either, but I was glad to see that they looked healthy even in the scorching heat (^^)
The photos of him Smile Faces and acting all silly (lol) look really fun, but he also looks great having tea (^^)
It's still less than half my life.
There will be difficult times, but let's keep expanding our horizons, not lose sight of what we want to do and our goals, and keep doing our best with our friends, the fun staff, and the SOU・SOU fans!
