One day, there was a store where I was renting a tenant at the time, but I was in charge of all the management. But the Shop Manager said he would leave the store.
The shop suddenly became vacant. Since there was no other option, we decided to just display Tabi Shoes and run a shop there. Since we didn't have the time or money to spend on it, we didn't do any modifications to the interior of the shop, but instead made a flag to hang in front of the store and called it "SOU・SOU Tabi."

At that time, Nakaoka (currently Shop Manager Tabi-ya) was a store staff member in the clothing select shop business, which was the main source of sales for the company. I asked him, "Would you like to take over the Tabi-ya business from the next day?" and he said "Yes," so I made Shop Manager SOU・SOU Tabi.
In addition, Iwasaki who was in charge of graphics at the office of teems design + moonbalance, also made a hi-tech shop staff as soon as possible. In fact, there was none of graphic work. But she accepted me well.
I am grateful to the staff, including those two, who did not complain about the personnel changes that were decided randomly at that time.
This farce also led to SOU・SOU establishing its tabi department as a separate company.
