I love curry !! This is Saito from the staff.

ILast blogFollowing that, I tried to make curry with spring ingredients this time as well.
Spring is the season for Bamboo Shoot

SOU・SOU carries Textile with Bamboo Shoot shoot patterns.
I tried making curry using Isemomen Cotton Handkerchief with a Bamboo Shoot shoot pattern as Placemat.

★ Saito Special, Bamboo Shoot Coconut Milk Curry +Isemomen Cotton Handkerchief / Bamboo Shoot

Bamboo Shoot, we also add zucchini, carrots and pork.
By adding coconut milk, a Thai-style mild curry was completed.
The crunchy and chewy Bamboo Shoot were very delicious.

I will continue to think about curry with seasonal ingredients,
I look forward to enjoying my mealtimes with SOU・SOU items.
