Nice to meet you. My name is Hiroko Chiba and I am from Chiba prefecture.
My wish came true when I came to SOU・SOU Village from Chosei Village, the only village in Chiba Prefecture.
SOU・SOU is a company that places great importance on greetings.
In the morning, everyone in each department met and had a morning assembly,
On the way back, I will go around each store and department, say hello and go home.
Thanks to that, I feel that I can talk to the staff who do not meet during work without feeling a wall.
