"The Gion Festival starts!"

Every year, I think that I write Gion festival on this season's blog, but in July I start with the Gion Festival and end at the Gion Festival.
If you say the Gion Festival, you are supposed to be an evening mountain from the 14th ...
However, there are various movements in June, but as soon as July it will be possible to start small movements.
Under the arcade of Shijyo-dori, the tapes of the concconchitin / Contikitin and the Gion festival's accompanying music and the lights of the lanterns enhance the mood at night.
Meanwhile, my concern is mountain / hoop stand and mikoshi's cruise.
On the day of mountain and hoop stand, I always commute to work by walking under the underpass, I skimp on the ground and I am quite aware of the work. Even if it is seen many times, it is beautiful, you can see the craftsmen's skill in front of me, and I will head to work in a hurry while becoming late with keeping my desire to keep watching forever. (Always somewhere in the kindergarten child or nursery school kids are coming to see and feel ashamed and become aware of themselves looking at the same way by opening their mouths.)
It was forgotten that the shrine of the mikoshi will be carried out after the mountains and the horses going around and the date has been forgotten, but it seems that we are going around each town such as Shijyo street on 25th or 26th.
