I think that it is better to make a machine better than poor handwork.
I think that there is a meaning and value of the procedure because there is "something" that can not be put on machines.

Kyoshi candy in New Year · Mutsuki made coloring of red and white congratulating.

The white one is a sweet potato sweet potato. I cooked steamed cucumber potato with white bean paste added.
There is one black bean which is sweet and boiled in it. I finished gorgeously with gold leaf attached.

The red one is colorful bean jam with plenty of ginseng.
Kintoki carrot paste was combined with hand-made beans and Orange juice was added and cooked.
The flavor of Orange softens the peculiarity of carrots.
