I love curry !! This is Saito from the staff.
The air is a little cool these days.
ILast timeFollowing on from the blog, I tried to make curry with autumn ingredients such as salmon and sweet potatoes.
SOU・SOU has Textile called "SO-SU-U Multicolored Autumn Harvest."
I used this as a place Placemat

The soup stock of salmon and the miso added as a secret ingredient combine to create a gentle taste.
I cut the sweet potatoes, which are my favorite ingredients in autumn, into large pieces and put in a lot of them to enjoy the texture! !! !!

When I decided "Let's make curry today!", I read your blog and refer to it. I'm excited about the treasure trove of ideas. Lassi frequently appears as a companion to curry. I thought that Lassi was a specialty store, but I made it at home for the first time this summer. Not only is it moderately sweet, but it is also effective as a measure against heat stroke. Since then, I have been making lassi and drinking it even if it is not "Curry Day". I am looking forward to the story of "opening up your own curry" instead of "opening up your own kimono". Please love yourself.

I've never put salmon in curry, so I'll try to imitate it! It looks delicious with less juice (^^)
