A collaboration where Japanese confectionery from Itoken, the age-old confectionery maker in Kyoto founded in 1864, meets the pop textile design of SOU・SOU, giving rise a new range of wagashi that brings back the good old times.
A softly fragrant sweet made by roasting peanuts wrapped in dough and finishing with a sprinkle of soybean flour.
・There is a fortune slip printed on the inner side of the bag.
・Packed in Itoken / SOU・SOU's original design gift box.

■About Itoken

"Itoken"

Itoken was founded in the first year of the Genji era (1864). The details are unknown, but it started with the production of tile shaped rice crackers (kawara-senbei) on the approach to Inaba Yakushi (Inabado). As time went on, Itoken started to make also candies, kuzuyu, etc,. It also employed confectionery craftsmen outside the company to supply products to department stores, old confectionery shops, and high-class grocery stores across Japan. With "Kyoto's handicraft" in mind, Itoken develops and sells a variety of confectionery.
