SOU・SOU is honored to be part of the costume cooperation of "Golden Kamuy", a movie which was released in Japan on 1/19 (Fri). 
The setting is Hokkaido at the end of the Meiji period. Saichi Sugimoto, a former military man nicknamed ``Immortal Sugimoto,'' learns of the existence of a huge amount of gold that was stolen from the Ainu people. At that time, an Ainu girl saves Sugimoto from being attacked by a wild brown bear. A girl named Asirpa had her father killed by a man who stole gold. Sugimoto, who is chasing the gold bullion, and Asirpa, who wants to avenge her father's death, end up working together. Also targeting the gold bullion is Lieutenant Atsushiro Tsurumi of the 7th Division of the Imperial Japanese Army, who plans to conquer Hokkaido. Another person, Hijikata Toshizo, the Shinsengumi's "demon vice-commander" who was thought to have died in battle, is pursuing gold in order to realize his ambitions. With powerful action scenes, deep psychological depictions, and the beauty of the rich nature and Ainu culture, the film invites the audience on a Era adventure. Please see it in theaters.
