QShould I consider the size same as shoes?

AIt is fine to consider the same size of shoes that are usually worn.

In addition, the size of SOU・SOU Tabi Shoes is made in 1 cm increments.
If you feel that it is a little loose,EVA Insolecan help to adjust the size.
It is also useful for size adjustment with cushioning up function.

QIs it possible to repair it?

AYes. Please refer to the following repair price.

Heel rubber repair (replacement of sole rubber)
25 cm or under: ¥3,200 (tax included)
26 cm or above: ¥ 4,000 (tax included)
※If there are holes in shoes, repair is not available.

Regarding possibility of repair , price and time that will take, we will reply to you after we have confirmed the actual product.

If you would like to repair it, please bring it directly to the SOU・SOU Tabi Kyoto store or SOU・SOU KYOTO Aoyama store or send it to the address below.
※ Shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
※ We will send back the item after repair by cash on delivery (repair fee + ¥ 800).

＜T-shirt＞

QHow do I choose T-shirt size?

AT-Shirts are unisex and the cutting are the same.

Please measure the length (from neckline to hem) and width (from side to side) of the T-Shirt you have
and compare with dimension that shown the size chart in T-Shirt page.
In addition, S Size is for women who are around 150 cm in height and M size is for 160 cm.

＜Handkerchief＞

QDo Handkerchief discolor / color fade?

AIt has applied that same dyeing method as for dyeing clothes, so it is difficult to discolor.

QThe edge of the Handkerchief has been cut off, will it become loose?

AThe edge is frayed, but it will stop.

Since it will be clogged after washing, it will stop fraying after several times of use.
It is said that is a characteristic of Japanese handkerchief

< Bean Bag Chair >

QIs it possible to wash the bean bag chair?

AYes, it is possible.

Please wash only the fabric (cover) part in the condition that all the foam beads inside the chair have been removed by opening the fastener on the back of the product. Washing with beads is not recommended.
In addition, please use a laundry net when washing the fabric (cover) part. Depending on the color, there may be discoloration, so we recommend to wash it alone to avoid color transfer.

※How to remove the foam beads
Static electricity may be generated when taking out the foam beads from the body.
We recommend to transfer the beads slowly with a large bag etc.

QIf the foam beads become less, is there any possibility to maintain?

AYes, it is possible.

You can restore it to its original state by adding with the "refilling material for Beans Bag Chair " which is sold separately.
(For Beans Bag Chairs with zipper at the back only)

Wrapping materials bundle with package and please "wrap the gifts by yourself"​ ​
*If the delivery address is different from the orderer, or for some boxed products, we will wrap the item and cut off the price tag.
※Flat 100 yen for each order.

Please select 【Including wrapping material (100 yen)】 and specify the following in 【Remarks】 column.

※"Product name" and "number" of wrapping material
※Details of gift wrapping combination such as "individual packing" or "Pack all together"

【Remarks】 Entry example:
I need individual wrapping materials for 5 pcs of "Handkerchief / SO-SU-U Black".

 

 

・If we can not specify your remark details, only one wrapping material and a shopping bag will be included.
・Customers are responsible for packaging and cutting price tags.
・Some boxed products cannot be packaged together with Others products (e.g. Tabi Shoes, towel Set, teacups, teapots, etc.).
・The type / material / size of the material depends on the product and we will decide what material to provide.
・The maximum number of wrapping materials depends on the total number of ordered item.

We will cut the price tag and wrap the product with Japanese wrapping paper on top.

・How to request

Please select from 【Wrapping】 menu in the order form
Please select the cover format and required number of sheets from the pull-down menu, and specify the detailed content in [Remarks] column.
Name of sender will be marked as the "last name" of orderer.
Please specify in [Remarks] if you have other requests.

 

 

・Format not on the pull down menu / Plain Noshi paper (without notation name printed) / If you want more than one sheet
Please select "Japanese Gift Packaging [Others Wordings]" and enter the details in [Remarks] column.
Extra fee will be charged to the second sheet or above.
・ If you are purchasing multiple items and you would like to have 'Noshi Paper Wrapping' and also 'Gift Wrapping (¥100),
Please select "Japanese Gift Packaging" and enter the details in the "remarks" column.
We will charge the shortage Gift Packaging materials fee later.
・ If the packaging is separated due to packaging reasons, we will determine the product to be hung with Noshi paper unless otherwise specified.
(Example: Boxed items such as tabi shoes, towel sets, teapot sets...)
・Depending on the product, it may not be possible to wrap with Japanese wrapping paper. (Example: Large items such as haori)

4, About receipt

QUp and Down get a receipt?

APlease check the following.
※The method of receipt issuance has changed since February 1, 2016.
 

■For payments by credit card, AmazonPay, Rakuten Pay, or PayPay

Please write down "receipt is needed " in the remarks column when placing order.
We will send you a receipt with the following contents printed.

· Total price
・Name (orderer's name)
・For Payment of (commodity)


<Note>
If the addressee's name is different from the orderer,
We will deliver the receipt to the customer in about one week from the product shipment completion by mail.

※"Pay by credit card" will be printed on the receipt.
※We do not affix revenue stamp even with payment of 50,000 yen or more.

※We do not issue handwritten receipts.

■Deferred payment
